We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

✔️ Original tags attached
✔️ Original packaging intact
✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
